I offer Action-Taking & Accountability Coaching for founders, creators, wellness providers, and generally ambitious people. We build a simple plan, then hold you to it. We also make space to process the emotions and blocks that show up, so they move and you move. Weekly 1:1 sessions, Mon–Fri WhatsApp check-ins, and a shared scorecard. This is depth plus delivery.
Emotional Healing Program
This 4-session Emotional Healing Program helps you release what’s been held in your body and return to steadiness, clarity, and ease. We move through a gentle, structured process: naming what’s present, feeling it safely, and letting the body unwind with Reiki. If you’re ready to move through emotions that are stuck, this is for you.
